UK Delivery:     

UK Standard Delivery - £3.95 - 2 - 3 Working Days

Next Day Delivery  - £6.95 - 1 Working Day 

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £9.95 

Saturday Delivery - £11.95

Orders for next day delivery will need to be placed by 2pm

 

International Delivery:

Europe- £7.95 - 5 - 7 Working Days

Rest of the World - £9.95  7 -10 Working Days

 

When will my order be shipped:

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a conformation email which will include your tracking information

 

I missed my delivery:

If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card providing details of when they will deliver your parcel of for you to collect from your local sorting office.

If you have any problems with your missed delivery, please contact us info@fivepoundorless.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

 

Undelivered Parcels:

If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, you will be charged for the additional shipping cost.

If a refund is processed for an undelivered parcel, you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

 

Lost Parcels:

If you have not received you item, we will have to raise a claim with the courier company, once they can confirm the item is lost we can refund or send a replacement.
